This site takes place just after Brisingr but with my own twists so if you have not read Brisingr I suggest that you do.

Balthazar has returned from a distant land with Twenty Dragon eggs that he gave to the varden. At the same time Galbatorix has found twenty more eggs that and is waiting to hatch for others. So 40 total riders are allowed on this site. From there the story is in the hands of the members.
